The Telegram account of journalist Urall Boshnjaku has been hacked
The Association of Journalists of Kosovo (AGK) has been informed by journalist and the head of the "Mitropol" portal from Mitrovica, Urall Boshnjaku, about the hacking of his personal account on the social network Telegram.
The AGK expresses its concern regarding this case, considering that this account has been used for performing the professional duties of the portal. The AGK urges the Kosovo Police and the Cyber Crime Unit to take all necessary actions to ensure the restoration of the journalist’s account.
Such attacks, besides hindering the normal development of journalists' work, could lead to potential misuse, endangering the safety of the journalist and his colleagues working at this portal.
