Journalist Urall Boshnjaku's Telegram Account Hacked, January 13, 2025, Mitrovica
The Association of Journalists of Kosovo has been informed by journalist and head of the “Mitropol” portal in Mitrovica, Urall Boshnjaku, about the hacking of his personal account on the social network Telegram.
AJK expresses its concern over this incident, considering that the account was used for carrying out the professional duties of the portal.
AJK calls on the Kosovo Police and the Cybercrime Unit to take all necessary actions to restore the journalist’s account.
Such attacks not only disrupt the normal work of journalists but can also lead to potential misuse, endangering the safety of the journalist and his colleagues working at this portal.
